1. What we collect

When you use PortraitFest, we receive: the photo you upload, your email address (so we can send your delivery link), and order information related to your purchase (such as the plan you chose and your order ID). That is all we need to make and deliver your portraits.

2. How long we keep it

Your original photo is automatically deleted within 24 hours of generation. Your finished portraits remain available for download for 7 days, after which the delivery links expire and the files are deleted. We do not build face templates or keep a copy of your photo for later use.

3. Never used to train AI, never sold

We never use your photos to train AI models, and we never sell your photos or your personal information. Your photo is used only to create the portraits you asked for. Only upload a photo of yourself, or a photo of someone who has given you permission to use it.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number on our servers. Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.

5. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it sooner, at any time. Email [email protected] from the email address you used for your order, and include your order ID if you have one.

6. Minors

PortraitFest is for adults only (18+). We do not offer this service to minors, and you must not upload photos of anyone under 18.
