1. When a refund applies

A refund applies when: your order fails to generate as a whole, or the finished set clearly does not resemble the person in the photo you uploaded. PortraitFest is a one-time payment — there is no subscription to cancel.

2. When a refund does not apply

A refund does not apply for a change of mind after a complete, usable set has been delivered and downloaded in full — for example, simply preferring a different style. If you are unsure, please use the free preview first: it shows one finished portrait before you pay.

3. Free re-run first

Before a refund, we offer one free re-generation of your set. In many cases a re-run — or a different source photo in better light — fixes the problem. If the re-run still fails, or still clearly does not look like you, the refund options above apply.

4. How to request

Email [email protected] from the email address you used for your order, and include your order ID (shown on your delivery page). That is all we need to find your order.

5. How long it takes

We review refund requests and reply by email. Where a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method through Stripe. The time it then takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
